I was excited to be asked by my CEO at 3 Story Software to join him in creating a Startup. As with any small startup - there are a lot of things to do. My duties were split between Operations and Development. On the Business Side of Stretch, I dealt with: Operations, Analytics, Financials, Marketing, Support, QA, Recruitment, Team Coordination, HR/Insurance. As part of the Marketing Team, helped with determining the Social Media strategy, tracking KPI (Key Performance Indicators), Qualitative & Quantitative metrics, etc. Responsible for handling/coordinating legal matters, such as Investor Documents, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc. On the Development Side: I'm one of 2 Back-End/Server Engineers architecting/building/supporting our Web App (Angular/JavaScript/Django Templates) and our iOS App, using Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery. We use DRF for RESTful web services for the communication of the clients (web and iOS) to our server/database. Responsible for support and maintenance of the Web Application. Responsible for overseeing and architecting Security (Encryption, AWS CloudHSM, AWS KMS) and managing Penetration Tests.
