I lead the Custom antibody group working within a Global team, responsible for the scientific delivery of projects, working with biopharma and diagnostic companies to develop antibodies as key reagents in drug discovery, in vitro diagnostics and therapeutics. Abcam delivers key antibody programs to meet exacting candidate profiles using Next Generation Sequencing, RabMAb or AxioMx technologies.
Lead team of 5 scientists developing and implementing high throughput screening assays, functional cell line and primary cell assays. Characterising lead panel of antibodies for transfer to preclinical studies
