As Group CEO, I lead Wisal Group’s transformation into a multi-vertical, AI-enabled ecosystem spanning the full project lifecycle, from concept to operations. My responsibilities span group strategy, governance, and financial performance, driving digital transformation, implementing cross-sell synergies, and positioning Wisal as a regional benchmark for integrated delivery and sustainable growth. Operations Director — Yas Projects (subsidiary of Alpha Dhabi) Accountable for project delivery and operational outcomes Executive oversight of MIP-1B: 1 km 4×4-lane tunnel across Khor Laffan; stakeholder leadership across authorities, designers, and contractors. Member of the JV board. Reporting to the CEO; I run monthly risk/commercial reviews; drive supply-chain performance and claims/variation resolution.
Seconded via Turner and Townsend and JWDA, I oversaw a ~AED 30B capital works program (including Mid-Island Parkway Ph1–2, Abu Dhabi South P1–P4, Khaleej Al Arabi, Hudariyat–E11, Ramhan Interchange). Built and directed multidisciplinary PMO teams; lifecycle governance from concept to handover Formal reporting to senior government stakeholders. Scaled team capacity significantly to meet portfolio expansion and schedule compression.
Grew the business to a Tier 1 national contractor across 4 regions; 200+ people; strong revenue growth. Delivered award-winning projects, including ECI scopes converted to negotiated delivery; drove HSE and quality excellence. End-to-end responsibility for P&L, strategy, national tendering, delivery assurance and key client relationships.
