    Launch Project Management & Engineering Role supporting high-performance vehicle programmes from prototype to production. I act as a critical link between the McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) and Production Centre (MPC), ensuring build readiness, operational alignment, and successful launches for some of McLaren's most advanced models from initial concept through to production. Key Projects: Artura, Artura Spider, 720S Spider, 600LT Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end project coordination and escalation management to align programme timing with manufacturing needs • Leading Launch Readiness and OK-to-Load Reviews, ensuring part quality, availability, engineering readiness, and DVA compliance • Chairing gateway reviews and presenting operations status to senior leadership • Support virtual builds and design reviews, providing feedback on manufacturability and quality concerns • Act as point of escalation during build phases, resolving engineering, quality, and manufacturing issues in real-time • Bridge teams at MTC and MPC, providing daily build status updates and leading start/end of shift reviews • Technical capabilities in CAD (reviewing and basic design), Monaco diagnostics, and on-vehicle testing • Hands-on support during vehicle shakedowns, ensuring readiness, root cause analysis, and process feedback

    I was invited back to Slidesports to assist with the data logging on their Porsche 977 GT3 Cup car, I assisted the team with a few pre season testing sessions. Using the MoTeC software I was able to assist the driver and the driver coach in ensuring the best possible lap time is achieved in addition to ensuring the car is running as it should.

    Following graduation I started working at Halfords in Poole, with an aim to gain experience in a customer service role whilst keeping up to date with the motor trade. During my time at Halfords I worked on the parts desk fitting Bulbs, Wiper Blades and Batteries. I would assist customers to help them find the correct products and offer advice.
