- Partnered with MOM to develop 10 new Work-At-Height training programs - Review and improve existing training facilities, equipment, training methodologies, and program materials. - Conduct Train the Trainers Programs
1. Training - Development of training material for MOM accredited program specializing in Work-At-Height - Contextualise Training materials to meet organization code trade activities. - Conduct accredited program at ATPs & ATOs. 2. Management of Training Centre - Oversee the daily operation - Review of training material and facilities resources - Review of trainers’ competency based on the subject's objectives - Conduct train the trainers' program 3. ESH Consultancy - Provide ESH consulting services to SMEs on their Safety Performance in compliance to WSH Acts - Development of action plans and assist in implementation through training and enhancement programs - Conduct Site Training and Demonstration - Conduct Risk Assessments - Conduct Incident Investigations and Implement Action Plan
- Liaise with the principal from UK Spanset on development of WAH training material, coaching and certifying trainers to comply with Spanset Competency Standard. - Set up and manage a Ministry of Manpower approved training center servicing the industrial. - Provide consultancy services to clients on WAH issues at work areas and advise on integrating of Fall Prevention Plan with their existing OHSAS18001 management system. - Liaise with stakeholders to develop and contextualize training curriculum to meet individual entitles’ needs focus on their code trade activities. - Design and development new WAH equipment to meet market demand, including certifying and testing to meet industrial standards and marketing of the new launches.
