I lead our global client facing human sustainability proposition at Deloitte, advising organisations on how to leverage the opportunities people bring to their businesses. The human sustainability proposition covers a range of topics that includes Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Security, Culture & Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Rights etc.
As a visiting Lecturer at Deloitte University EMEA, I have the privilege of leading impactful courses such as 'High Impact Leadership' and 'Negotiation Fundamentals'. Working closely with EMEA Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, I facilitate interactive sessions to help them make a lasting impact in their roles. Through collaborative learning experiences, I support participants in enhancing their leadership abilities and negotiation skills, creating a dynamic environment for professional development.
I was the senior technical practitioner within BSC, owning the strategy for all BSC's health, safety, wellbeing and environment activity. I ran the Audit and Consultancy division, responsible for P&L for the function, managing a team of 35 and improving the lives of over 2 million people.
My role at Deliveroo had responsibility for the UK, Spain, France, Neatherlands, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and USA. I was responsibly for strategy and its implementation for Health & Safety, Food Safety, Business Continuity, Physical Security, Crisis Management and Environment for all Deliveroo activities. These included rider operations, construction and management of Deliveroo Editions ( circa 500 kitchen units provided to restaurants globally), real estate, facilities management, events and corporate activities.
