I also have extensive experience in working with First Nations communities as a consultant on economic development and empowerment initiatives in a variety of geographical regions and with a variety of business models, including co-operatives. I am also a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and bring an innovative and creative approach to developing customer and employee experience, sales and service strategies, and engaging others to establish recommendations for business development and other business activities that add and sustain value. My career has been well balanced among management consulting, strategic planning, marketing strategy, project management, B2B and B2C sales, business development and entrepreneurial management, with a particular emphasis on building, nurturing, and sustaining client relationships.
