Enterprise platform and AI leader focused on turning complex, fragmented environments into scalable, AI-ready operating systems that perform reliably in production. Most recently, I led Starbucks’ FY25–26 enterprise platform and AI roadmap, partnering directly with VP/SVP leadership to sequence 30+ initiatives across AI/GenAI, AIOps, identity, and platform governance. This work resulted in production AI systems automating 750K+ annual service interactions, materially improving reliability, MTTR, and operator productivity. My background spans principal-level product, platform, and technical program leadership across ServiceNow ecosystems, AWS-based cloud platforms, enterprise data, and AI-enabled automation. I operate comfortably across executive strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring platforms scale without compromising security, reliability, or accountability. In parallel with enterprise roles, I build and advise on governance-first AI and platform systems, including StrataLayer.ai, a semantic normalization and control-plane concept designed to improve trust, auditability, and operational resilience in AI-assisted environments.
