I lead the finance function for Synexa, a specialist provider of bio analysis, soluble biomarkers and flow cytometry assays, supporting global clinical development organisations. I am experienced at automating data analysis to create insight and drive commercial discussions, critical thinking and decisions around strategy. I am regularly involved with complex business modelling exercises, in-depth cost and revenue line item reviews with a focus on creating material EBITDA benefit. My experience includes time at Enterobiotix and Valneva as UK Finance Director, Q2 Solutions as Director of FP&A and Deloitte as a corporate finance professional. My work has covered a variety of sectors including renewables, technology, manufacturing, oil and gas, property, local authority, healthcare and financial services with my current and previous roles being in the healthcare sector.
