Improving the processes relating to managing new and existing patients for uptake of treatment. Processes include: the speed and efficiency at following up new enquiries, follow up procedures & protocols for prospect & sales pipeline, improving all communication channels to new & existing patients. Alongside my business development duties, i'm also still managing the company website (with specific emphasis on SEO) and adwords account to feed the prospect & sales pipeline. On a weekly/monthly basis I carry out an analysis on our KPI's to identify areas of improvement and to identify potential problematic areas within the internal business processes or web marketing.
I'm responsible for managing the practices websites on a daily basis. My broad duties revolve around SEO best practices (unique content creation, white hat techniques), adwords management and google analytics analysis, managing companies social media accounts, troubleshooting any problems with the website (webmaster tools). I'm also capable of website development (coding) and design (photoshop).
