We build software for organizations where operational issues, safety concerns, and facility requests must be handled quickly, consistently, and with accountability. My background is in operations and systems design - working across facilities, operations, and administrative teams to understand how work orders are reported, routed, resolved, and audited at scale. More recently, I’ve focused on applying machine learning (including computer vision and natural language processing) to reduce manual triage, improve response times, and surface operational insights that are otherwise lost in unstructured data. I care deeply about practical systems: workflows that respect human judgment, improve compliance, and help teams spend less time managing tools - and more time solving problems. If you’re responsible for operations, facilities, or safety and exploring better ways to manage issues across your organization, feel free to connect or learn more below. Providing practical, secure operations software that helps organizations run facilities, safety, compliance, and IT workflows with higher speed, clarity, and accountability. Drawing on more than a decade of experience managing global production, and developing operations management tools, we focus on turning complex operational environments into simple, repeatable systems that improve decision-making and measurable performance. At IDEA Enterprises, we have developed Guardian - a unified operations management platform designed to help teams report issues quickly, prioritize work intelligently, and track resolution end-to-end. The objective is straightforward: reduce downtime, improve service outcomes, and enable leadership to make smarter investments using reliable operational data and secure AI-driven insights. Key benefits: - Operations strategy and workflow design across facilities, safety/security, compliance, policy, and IT - Data-driven prioritization, reporting, and performance management to reduce cost and risk - Modernization of legacy processes ( email / spreadsheets / disconnected tools ) into unified, auditable workflows Learn more on our Company Page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/idea-enterprises-llc Website: www.idea-vis.com
Global production, NPI, and design engineering. Led electro-mechanical integration of avionics, and Group 1 drone aircraft. Responsible for overall packaging architecture, performance optimization, and designing for scale.
Design lead for advanced development of battery pack, thermal, I/O, and EMI systems. Conducted materials research, specializing in plastics, fiber reinforced materials, and tooling. Managed 3rd party design team for a multi-year R&D project. Developed non-linear material models, simulated composite structures, including non-linear inputs. Developed and tuned ground-up electronics including development of firmware and calibration algorithm. Developed manufacturing techniques for thixomolding, including AZ91D. Industrialized processes for high capacity manufacturing.
Lead for Interior plastics, responsible for Model 3 development. Oversaw program and delivered full system on time, under budget, and hit all critical performance metrics, including safety, weight, craftsmanship, and cost. Managed 3rd party design team and led internal team of engineers to demonstrate prototypes, perform safety critical testing, and refine overall fit & finish. Coordinated development, schedule, and tooling with suppliers in the USA, China, Mexico, and Canada. Directly involved with integration of all major interior systems, including airbags, seatbelts, infotainment sub-systems, HVAC, harnesses (both high and low voltage), instrument panel, seating, soft trim, headliner, seals, BIW, and closures.
Led mechanical and thermal design for MR16 - high volume product, in excess of 4M units per year. Collaborated with light-chip packaging group and manufacturers to develop overall product architecture, including optical integration, electrical packaging, and fully automated assembly. Coordinated testing resources and refined design over several iterations to optimize thermal and optical performance. Defined thermal testing procedures and evaluation criteria. Developed high accuracy product-level predictive model to determine thermal, optical, and lifetime performance. Collaborated with semi-conductor and phosphor scientists to generate "ground-up" physics based algorithm and combined it with CFD simulation to guide future product definitions. Performed rapid concept development through CAD and prototyping, including high efficiency lens and light-guide prototypes. Gained extensive high-volume manufacturing experience in design and assembly, producing millions of units per year. Spent extensive on-site time with suppliers in China, Indonesia, and Singapore. Identified critical quality issues and established permanent preventative corrective actions, by effectively gaining supplier buy-in and tracking resolution to completion.
