As the Talent Acquisition Lead at the Law Society, I oversee recruitment and resourcing solutions for the professional body that represents and supports solicitors in England and Wales. With a diploma in transformational coaching and around 20 years recruitment experience, I am passionate about finding and developing the best talent for the Law Society and supporting them throughout their career journey. My mission is to enhance the Law Society's reputation as an employer of choice for people who want to make a difference.

Started Novus Flow to bridge the gap between helping people change jobs and their deeper professional and personal transformation. Clients included job seekers in the Professional Services sector, career changers and people going through major change (shifting to remote working, managing redundancy, becoming a manager or starting their own business). Won and delivered select retained recruitment projects, with a focus on Director level Sales, Marketing and Communication roles. Created and delivered practical workshops on job-hunting strategies, CVs and Interviewing, as well as a '12 weeks to transform your Career' coaching programme to multiple clients.
