*Produce more than 12 million liters/year of ASTM standard biodiesel *Manage power plant, bio-diesel producing and quality control on the 12 hour shift *Start up, operate, and shut down Power Plant and Production Process. Power Plant: Boiler, Instrument Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower,Jet Vacuum System, HVAC; Process: Reactors, Distillation Tower, Vacuum Distillation Tower, Chemical tanks, Feed Stock tanks and Diesel tanks. Quality control: Bio-diesel standard tests, feed stock tests, Chemicals tests. *Perform preventive maintenance program, monitor, trouble shooting and repair as required on plant equipment. *Use SIEMENS automation & control systems to monitor & control plant production process. *Communicate with operation manager and plant manager, maintenance and automation people to solve production issues.
*Design, develop, install and test the firmware of the company’s main product, M5K (an electronic security device for trucking industry)
Hydro-treating process: hydro-refining and hydro-cracking process, evaluating catalyst performance and optimize process condition.
