Over nearly two decades, I have led ecommerce, digital product and commercial functions for businesses including UNIQLO, Jeanswest, Coles, Globe International and The Good Guys. My experience spans P&L ownership, growth strategy, customer experience, digital operating models, technology investment, CRM, data and omnichannel retail. Since founding jcommerce, I have worked with leadership teams at brands including Wittner, Tommy Hilfiger, Jeanswest and ASKO, as well as the Australian Open. Lead the eCommerce function for UNIQLO in Australia. Working closely with Japan, my role is to shape the local eCommerce strategy and take a lead within the business in developing customer insights across all touch points of the business. Whilst having full ownership over the eCommerce P&L, my main achievements to date have come from working closely with other business functions such as Merchandise and Supply Chain to drive productivity across the entire business.
