I build practical AI and automation systems that connect business workflows, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data into reliable solutions that actually get used. My background started in enterprise IT, systems administration, infrastructure support, and service operations, which gives me a strong understanding of how businesses really run behind the scenes. Over time, I moved deeper into AI engineering, cloud architecture, workflow automation, and agent-based systems, focusing on solutions that reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and make technology easier for teams to use. I have designed and built AI-powered automation solutions using Python, FastAPI, Google Cloud, Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK, Docker, Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow, Power Automate, n8n, PostgreSQL, and enterprise APIs. My work includes AI agents for travel risk analysis, shared mailbox intelligence, ITSM automation, cybersecurity news summarization, identity workflows, approval automation, and enterprise chatbot integrations. What makes my approach different is that I do not look at AI as just a chatbot or a model. I look at it as part of a larger system: the data, the workflows, the APIs, the security controls, the user experience, and the business outcome. I focus on building solutions that are explainable, secure, scalable, and grounded in real operational needs. I enjoy working at the intersection of AI, automation, cloud architecture, and enterprise infrastructure. My goal is to help organizations use AI in a way that is practical, measurable, and connected to real business value. I also built an interactive AI portfolio experience where visitors can explore my background, projects, and resume in real time through my AI Doppelganger / digital agent. You can visit my AI Portfolio at ai.compunato.com to ask questions about my experience, technical projects, skills, and the business value I bring in real time to an organization.
Designed, built, and deployed enterprise AI automation solutions connecting AI agents with real business workflows across IT operations, ITSM, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, DocuSign, Okta, and internal platforms. Architected practical AI agents using Google ADK, Gemini, Vertex AI, FastAPI, and Ollama, enabling multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, structured decision-making, and controlled workflow execution. Built production-ready cloud services on Google Cloud using Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage, Docker, Python, and FastAPI. Developed secure API and integration layers for AI agents with schema validation, token-based authentication, least-privilege access, error handling, logging, and auditable execution patterns. Created multi-agent systems with deterministic business rules, agent-to-agent communication, human-in-the-loop validation, and structured tool execution to improve reliability in enterprise environments. Led development and optimization of Moveworks-based AI assistant capabilities, connecting conversational AI experiences to ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, enterprise knowledge sources, approvals, and internal IT workflows. Built AI assistant use cases for approval handling, incident summarization, distribution list management, asset lookup, account support, ticket routing, and employee self-service. Engineered AI-powered workflow automations for identity lifecycle management, consultant account extensions, access provisioning, ServiceNow approvals, device policy guidance, and IT support processes. Integrated enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, ServiceNow APIs, Okta Workflows, Power Automate, n8n, DocuSign, OAuth2, PKI, and secure service-to-service authentication. Designed Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, embeddings workflows, structured data extraction, LLM-based summarization, and AI-assisted knowledge retrieval for enterprise support and decision-making use cases.
Provided technical leadership for enterprise IT operations supporting 700+ users across a multi-building campus, serving as an escalation point for endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure-related issues. Administered Active Directory user accounts, access permissions, password resets, account unlocks, group membership updates, and user lifecycle changes in a regulated enterprise environment. Managed enterprise endpoint platforms across Windows, macOS, and iOS using VMware AirWatch, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, imaging tools, and standardized provisioning workflows. Led the migration of 700+ users from Windows 7 to Windows 10, coordinating deployment planning, testing, phased rollouts, user communication, and post-migration stabilization. Developed BAT and PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administration tasks, improve troubleshooting consistency, and reduce manual operational effort. Supported enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, security tools, MDM platforms, pharmaceutical business applications, identity services, and internal IT platforms. Provided executive-level systems support for 20+ onsite Vice Presidents, ensuring rapid resolution of access, endpoint, application, and productivity-impacting issues. Trained and mentored 8+ team members on troubleshooting standards, endpoint administration, escalation procedures, and enterprise support best practices. Supported FDA inspection readiness by maintaining secure system access, endpoint availability, documentation accuracy, and responsive IT operations during audit periods.
