For more than three decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of capital markets, media, and emerging technology. I am Chairman and CEO of Paradigm Asset Management, where we pioneered data-driven investment strategies long before “AI” became a boardroom headline. At Paradigm, we built big data and machine learning frameworks to generate institutional alpha, applying statistics, technology, and human insight in systematic ways. In addition to his other achievements, Mr. Francis has successfully guided the firm through two M&A transactions and has forged numerous valuable partnerships.
