My mission at Trigger is to share professionally relevant insights with executives at medium sized businesses that help them to achieve a better awareness of the competitive advantages of Cloud ERP solutions. Trigger Networks provides a variety of cloud-based solutions to medium-sized businesses with a presence in China. Services include solution requirements mapping, ERP implementation, NetSuite scripting, after sales support and systems training. Trigger is the longest established solution partner of NetSuite in Mainland China.
Achievements: - I built a pilot social media marketing campaign that targeted senior security management stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies based in Hong Kong. The campaign began in September 2013 and I successfully increased the average monthly click through rate from 0.26% to 0.43% in 3 months. - The social media campaign focused on increasing awareness of security best practices and emerging security technologies, through a series of regularly published blog posts, downloadable presentations and white papers available on ICD’s company page on LinkedIn, each of which I wrote myself. This database of thought leadership articles provided ICD with a solid base from which to scale the campaign to other regions beyond Hong Kong in the future. - I single-handedly improved the reputation of the marketing as a strong source of support for sales teams in each of the company’s offices throughout the Asia-Pacific region, which was reflected in a 94% satisfaction score achieved in a survey of my internal customers at the company in 2013. - I personally redesigned, polished and expanded the company’s entire portfolio of Chinese and English language sales tools and other marketing collateral, including the company website, corporate brochure, power point introductions, all case study one pagers, standard project proposal templates, service agreement templates and other marketing materials. - I provided continuous support to sales staff, including preparation of proposal documents and presentations, including a proposal that won the largest single contract in the company’s history. - I worked with business partners and local colleagues to organize successful security knowledge-sharing events each attended by an average of 40 security decision makers in Fortune 500 companies in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.
- I established long term correspondances with HR personnel, obtain regular updates on individual company’s recruiting plans. - I arranged meetings with potential clients, discuss their recruiting situation, present company’s services directly to relevant HR personnel using PPT presentations. - I negotiated and secured service contracts. - I monitored progress of cases with new clients. - I analysed data assessing the performance of all recruiting teams working on new cases. - I liased with Department Managers to assess progress made with each client in regular meetings. Achievements: The total revenue from Clients that I developed exceeded my revenue targets by 43%.
