Having led cross-functional teams across complex, large-scale environments — including nationwide airport deployments and multi-million dollar hardware and software upgrade programs — I understand what it takes to align people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable results. Throughout my career, I have led the nationwide deployment of 80 checkpoint security systems across 32 U.S. airports, managed a $5M TSA hardware and software upgrade revenue plan spanning 500 X-ray systems, and supervised a team of 50 field service engineers across North America — all while maintaining a 100% regulatory compliance record. Beyond the boardroom, I have served as a Volunteer Team Leader with New York Cares for over two decades and as an Active Board Member and Director of Technology for the Real Estate Investors Alliance NYC, reflecting my commitment to community impact and leadership at every level.
