In addition, responsibilities include direct strategic and tactical management of product regulatory compliance by ensuring products meet applicable regulatory requirements for product safety and compliance as identified by regulatory agencies such as CPSC, EPA (TSCA), etc. while maintaining products are appropriately labeled within FLPA and industry guidelines.
