Formed by James Wells, JWA is an RIBA Chartered Practice with a broad range of design skills and experience. Private and developer clients commission bespoke new build houses, extensions and work to listed buildings as well as residential developments. James Wells Commercial has been established to present the commercial architectural work of award winning architect James Wells. With over 25 years experience of running an independent architectural practice, James works with a small dedicated team of ambitious architects who have joined to learn the skills and expertise admired and commissioned by many clients. Together they create distinctive commercial projects predominantly in London and more recently in and around Chichester and the South Coast where the practice is now based.
