On/call Security Officer work various shifts. Patrol Hotel premises and Hotel Lobby. Handle guests issues. Completes Activoty log on each shift, key Audit. Handle shipping and receiving, guest's and hotel's packages. Oversee lost and found and complete guest's and associates incidents reports. Assist in any investigation of needed.

Oversaw a crew of ten officers, Director for two Accounts. Did scheduling, payroll through Kronos Payroll System. Trained new hired Officers. Made sure each Officer completed a key walk on each shift. Was responsible for lost and found. Was trained on the fire command system, and trained the officers. Held monthly meetings with the Department and training. Attended monthly meeting with the Client (Wyndham Hotel). Held monthly P&L meeting with Regional Manager from Valor Security Services. Handled any Security issues pertaining to guest and Hotel Associates. Held Monthly Safety Committee Meetings.
