I lead the Higher Education global sales department at Macmillan International Higher Education, covering print, digital and subscription products: - Sales Strategy, set priorities and strategy for key regions and territories, working with regional sales managers, BDMs, agents and distributors - Digital Development, input on product development, sales strategy for existing digital products and implement various sales models for a range of digital products - Sales Analysis, of regional and product data, identifying market trends and monitoring profit performance - Performance Management, appraisals for direct reports and across the department.
