As a former insurance defense attorney with a national practice, I bring my expertise navigating litigation from the defense side to pursue justice for my clients against some of the largest corporations in the world. As a member of our firm's Privacy, Technology, and Cybersecurity Practice Group, I pursue compensation and injunctive relief for all manner of clients as a result of all manners of harm, including large data breaches, gross privacy violations, product defects, and the lack of regulation of emerging technologies, just to name a few. I've had the privilege of seeking justice for American consumers as a result of some of the largest data breach cases, cybersecurity failures, and data privacy violations in American history. It's my privilege to continue to hold those companies accountable, while helping to shape the landscape, through advocacy as well as litigation, of internet security and privacy in the 21st century.
