I’m an outgoing person, good at working in a team and like to put any helpful input into constructive discussions. I am happy to work as part of a team or on my own, I feel that I am a hard worker and I enjoy learning new things within time dependant environments. I have worked in a customer service environment as a senior marshal for a paint balling company and I picked up skills needed very quickly and enjoyed my time working at the site. I am a logical thinker and like problem solving, helping out in any respect needed, very hard worker and dislike leaving a job unfinished. I also help others with pc support and am proficient at it.
Currently working for Black Apple Solutions whose clients are HCL for whom i test games and generate reports for developers.
Restocking shelves, stock checking, product management and also generally tidying the store before all of the customers arrive.
My duties include; Giving Instructions to customers, clean repair guns, supervising and mentoring other marshals, running the site on game days. I was also required to supervise trialist for suitability, cash handling and advising customers and how to get the best out of the games.
