Inspect customer vehicle damages due to collisions and other causes of loss. Coordinate process between insurance carrier, shop, and customer. Review vehicles post repair to ensure work completed to satisfaction.

Communicate with our customers to explain coverage and settlements, and work with internal and external vendors to complete the claim settlement process to closure.

Achieved through direct management and training of office and yard personnel including hiring, training, and daily staff management and review. Directly responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships by interactions with both vehicle sellers and buyers. Actively recruit additional tow companies to increase haul capacity. Manage facility growth through growing staffing levels, haul capacity, and facility upgrades. Oversee all Audit review processes including office workflow, heavy equipment maintenance, and safety compliance to ensure compliance with internal, local, EPA, and OSHA regulations.

Responsible for the daily operations of a live poultry broiler farm. Manage air and dry litter conditions and record and address daily mortality. Identify and repair equipment failures as they occur. Ensure access road and load-out areas are properly maintained, and confirm that all biosecurity procedures are followed as implemented by the poultry integrator. Responsible for preventative maintenance, and for ensuring safe conditions across the facilities for the livestock and any on-site personnel. The farm grows five flocks per years, each flock consisting of 67,000 birds.
