I am a Senior Manager and Solutions Architect at Deloitte with over a decade of experience designing and delivering employee experience, HR service delivery, and digital workflow solutions on ServiceNow. My work sits at the intersection of architecture, HR and IT process design, and automation. I help organisations redesign how employees access services, support, and knowledge - replacing fragmented, legacy approaches with connected workflows that reduce friction and scale across complex operating environments. A consulting background across financial services, resources, government, and higher education means I am used to moving quickly into unfamiliar environments, engaging stakeholders at every level, and translating complex platform capabilities into practical outcomes. Most of my delivery has centred on ServiceNow, with a sustained focus on HR service delivery often integrating with platforms like Workday, Oracle and SuccessFactors to drive a unified employee experience. I have worked across global, multi-country programmes and delivered impact at both strategic and operational levels. At PETRONAS, I provided strategic direction on building internal platform capability, architected cutover activities for their ServiceNow go-live, and helped transition their HR Service Desk to eliminate Tier 1 phone interaction. At the Victorian Department of Education, I am re-architecting a custom HR solution into ServiceNow HRSD, replacing four team-based enquiry forms with over thirty services-driven forms aligned to HR service delivery across three departmental branches. At Federation University, a purpose-built timesheet solution reduced fortnightly admin from 18 hours to two. My focus has increasingly expanded into AI-enabled service delivery. I help organisations identify where automation and conversational AI can have the most impact based on their operating model, service maturity, and how well their data and content are governed. I work across Moveworks, ServiceNow, and enterprise AI copilots, including internally developed LLM-based tools and Microsoft Copilot, to put these into practice. At the core of how I work is understanding how systems connect and employees engage with technology and process to identify ways to improve how people experience core business services. I bring that perspective - and hands-on delivery experience across some of Australia's largest enterprise environments - to every engagement.
Working as a Senior Consultant, Architect, SCRUM Master, and trainer within Enable to gather business requirements, guide development, train staff on the new processes and developments, as well as managing the customer. My main responsibilities included business analysis and detailing and documenting business requirements in Agile stories for developers to complete while focussed on complex architectural designs and solutions, testing, and training staff within the business.
