Building up R&D department to focus on mass customization platform development which is based on micro service architecture to be aligned with China GTM strategy meanwhile offering E2E customization solutions to Brands/IP, 3rd party platform and manufacturer. The solutions are omni channel which includes eCommerce website, Kiosk app, Wechat & Tmall app...etc and backend with OMS, APS, PDM and MES system. Ramp up team crossing geography from 1 to 40+ in house including architecture, development, testing, devops, infrastructure and application support team meanwhile managed several outsourced IT vendors. Internally managed SAP, CRM and other back office systems to support all business departments. Leading cross geography teams (e.g. US, Europe, Indian and China) to accomplish global TOP level initiative (e.g. Global “Truemask” achieved 100 Million+ USD revenue in FY20). Initiated and led tech team to build C2M smart factory system which enable our manufacturer partners to produce customized items on demand with most efficiency and low cost. The system is SaaS based and is consisted of PDM, production planning, ganging/nesting, JST, device management/machine integration, quality control, binning, working calendar, shipping station, ERP integration. The system is running at 10+ partners plant in Guangzhou and JiangSu province and most customized items can be produced within 4-5 days with <1% defects rate.
