Investigated State Farm weather proximity assignments involving steep and high roof claims. Handled damage control on re-assigned claims with empathetic support to ensure customer retention.
Conducted 35+ on-site CAT flood claims with property damages written up to excess of $1.5 million. Continued CAT inside handling customer service calls and processing supplemental claims collaborating with public adjusters, specialized laborers, mitigation, and restoration contractors.
