James is an experienced Performance and Reward professional with over 20 years experience working in Australia and the UK in both corporate and consulting roles. Currently Senior Manager Executive Remuneration at Orica, James is responsible for the design and implementation of Orica's Execuitive Remuneration framework. This includes short and long-term incentives, fixed remuneration benchmarking and market positioning, corporate reporting including preparation of the remuneration report and preparation of Board and Remuneration Committee papers. More recently, James has also led the redesign and implementation of Orica's approach to Performance Management.
