Advising on Ophir's floating LNG major project in Equatorial Guinea
Advising on BP's major development projects in Angola and Azerbaijan, most notably the Greater Plutonio, PSVM and Shah Deniz 2 projects. Advice included advising on all aspects of procurement and supply chain management, advising on the identification and management of contractual, commercial, and legal risk, analysing production sharing contracts and joint venture agreements and advising on employment, IP, competition, procurement, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption and trade sanctions law.
Experience advising both public and private sector clients on large and complex PFI and PPP projects across various sectors. I have advised on PFI projects in the health, education and waste sectors and on bespoke defence and rail-related PPP projects. Major clients have included London Underground Limited, Transport for London, Stagecoach, Surrey County Council and the Ministry of Defence.
