ByBox is a fast paced, rapidly growing B2B software and logistics company, where I have developed a wide range of marketing and communications skills. - Marketing Automation: Using HubSpot to automate and improve ByBox’s marketing activity, including; creating email content, setting up work flows and creating landing pages. - Website Redesign: Worked with an external agency to redesign the ByBox website. A complete replacement of the existing site, with new design, content and CMS.. - Lead Generation: Implemented website improvements to generate leads. - Campaign Management: Creating digital campaigns with downloadable assets and launching campaigns across multiple channels; email, LinkedIn Sponsored Content and Google AdWords. - SEO and PPC: Improving the search engine performance for target keywords on the ByBox site and using PPC marketing campaigns to meet businesses goals. - Digital Analytics: Reporting on ByBox’s digital marketing activity using tools like Google Analytics and HotJar, suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Managing ByBox’s digital presence over a variety of mediums including: regular blog updates, social media and email campaigns. - Creating and executing content plans to meet with businesses objectives. - Creation of bespoke resources including whitepapers, infographics and presentations to engage prospects and support the account management team. - Organising and managing company activity at exhibitions and trade shows. - Performing competitor analysis and suggesting areas of opportunity. - Creating target personas in order to segment customers.
- Organising and delivering all experiential marketing events. - Budgeting for campaigns to ensure that they are cost effective. - Negotiating low costs with third party suppliers. - Managing the promotional teams and campaign deliverables to ensure the best possible outcome for the client. - Representing the public profile of the company, including the design of website, creation of blog articles and managing social media outputs.

BABC is the largest transatlantic membership organisation with 23 offices in the UK and the USA. This role was multi-faceted and required the development of many skills, including: event organisation, communication with clients, networking, marketing, public relations, and direct sales. - Planning and executing the BABC’s many networking events. - Attending and speaking at networking events on behalf of the BABC - Working with UK based clients on a daily basis to strengthen their relationship with the organisation and further their transatlantic interests. - Working to recruit companies to become part the BABC network. - Representing the BABC’s marketing outputs through social networking and inclusion of articles in internal magazines and external press. - Being responsible from the day to day running of the network and implementing methods for further growth.
