As an Exercise and Sport graduate who also holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Health, I am passionate about and interested in promoting active recreation and enhancing health outcomes on a population level. My studies have equipped me with a robust understanding of the principles of exercise science, while my ongoing studies in public health are broadening my perspective on the systemic and societal factors influencing health. I am particularly interested in the intersection of active recreation and health promotion. I believe in the power of community-based initiatives and evidence-based strategies to foster healthier lifestyles and mitigate the risks associated with sedentary behaviour. My goal is to contribute to the development and implementation of public health programs that encourage physical activity, improve overall well-being, and reduce health disparities. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with like-minded professionals, organisations, and communities to create environments that support healthy living. Whether through research, program development, or community engagement, I am committed to making a meaningful impact on public health and contributing to a healthier, more active society.
