Develop client-specific production schedules, including management of workflow and communications. Maintain and update forecasting tools and monitor actuals, ensuring accuracy for weekly MRP runs. Collaborate with clients to ensure details are in place, including pricing, artwork, and various components. Partner with vendors on purchase order delivery schedules and manage invoice disputes. Analyze on-hand inventory and ensure accurate scrap rates, as well as setup data for ordering. Review and analyze customer order reports from Purchase Order to Finished Goods. Ensure destruction of obsolete and expired materials and oversee related billing.
Provides continuous support to the Project Manager by being the daily point of contact for day-to-day internal problem solving and troubleshooting. Acts as the back-up Project Management contact for both internal and external contacts and customers. Prepares project specific documentation including the clinical packaging specification and job overview. Prepares clinical technical documentation. Monitors and updates schedule with production needed. Creates Project Specific Routings and Bills of Materials. Prepares project updates using a report template. Maintains and updates project plans and timelines. Works closely with internal groups and external vendors to ensure that project milestones are achieved, including labeling and component design and delivery.
