Until December 2016, Mr. Rosenthal was an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley, a member of Morgan Stanley’s management and operating committees, Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., and Chairman of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A. A major part of Mr. Rosenthal's portfolio included a major focus on cyber defense and he has extensive experience working with national security agencies across the globe.
Mr. Rosenthal was responsible for Morgan Stanley's corporate strategy and held additional positions including Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Head of Firmwide Technology and Operations for Morgan Stanley.
