• IT Support – Specified and procured laptops for staff use, general end user software and hardware support including hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, Windows 7 to 10 migration, along with a variety of Windows Server and NAS database administrative duties. • Business Administration – Archived document sorting, filing and retrieval. Assisted Finance Department with billing clients, and timesheet collation of all employees. Developed project documentation, organised, drafted and distributed project correspondence and other related documents. • Project Management – Oversaw company-wide ISO9001 QA compliance, collaborating with project PMs and staff to prepare documents for auditing. Achieved significant time savings by implementing automated macros and databases to replace manual input methods. Managed the creation of new project documentation and archiving of completed projects. • CMS, CRM, Website & Marketing – Managed and updated the company website using a Content Management System. Conducted research and prototyped a locally hosted CRM (vTiger) for efficient management of marketing contacts and leads, including the migration of data from MS Access. Utilized the new CRM to target specific industries and engage clients for marketing efforts. • Client Interaction – Assisted in delivering large scale structured project management training based on the APM Book of Knowledge to 2,800 Hong Kong Government employees. Duties included client liaison, technical support and guest speaker coordination. • Arbitration and Expert Witness Support – Supported Expert Witnesses for both cost and planning in gathering/analysing evidence for their Expert Report on a Construction Industry dispute. Developed damage & cost calculator spreadsheets (value of £10m+) for presentation in the arbitration by the Expert. Met with solicitors and counsel multiple times to discuss case, and pre-hearing, briefed them on my findings.
