With a passion for storytelling and creativity, I’ve spent the past three years refining my skills as a copywriter and Brand Strategist. My career has taken me through the dynamic worlds of F&B, Hospitality, and B2B, where I’ve had the privilege to contribute my voice and ideas to diverse brands across Southeast Asia. As a writer, I’ve crafted social media content, SEO-optimised blogs, video scripts, EDMs, and taglines for both physical and digital ads. I’ve also developed new tones of voices for brands across various industries. Notable brands I’ve collaborated with include Shake Shack, Din Tai Fung, Marriott Bonvoy, and Perrier. As a brand strategist, I’ve developed market strategies from scratch, researched and created content plans, analysed market trends, and used data insights to improve reach and performance. I’ve consistently stayed attuned to the latest trends, creatively adapting them to fit the narratives of my clients.
As the sole English Content Writer at CHOW, I managed multiple accounts simultaneously, delivering an average of 10-20 pieces of English copy per account. The majority of my work was within the F&B and Hospitality sector where I would ideate and bring to life the tone of voice of CHOW's client's. From time to time, I would help craft EDMs, pitch content ideas, and align both English and Thai copies with our Thai Content Writer.
As a Junior Brand Strategist, I was responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, content plans, and crafting social media captions, video scripts, and SEO-optimised blogs. I regularly assisted with desktop research and provided clients with useful analytics on content performance and on-going trends. Additionally, I was given the responsibility of Creative Lead for one of Lexicon's retainer clients. It was my responsibility to review, edit, and approve content produced by our team of strategists before passing them onto the client. On a monthly-basis I would set up ideation sessions where I would collaborate with our writers and graphics designers to establish content for the following months. From there, I would assess workloads and assign each piece of content to different writers, equally distributing the workload amongst the team. I would occasionally oversee visual direction and collaborate with the graphic designers to ensure all visual assets remained faithful to our client's brand persona.
