Originated an increase in downstream fee-based business volumes by 20% resulting in an 18% increase to budgeted revenues. Co-Lead in Midcontinent Business Development project to establish 3 Greenfield Cryogenic plants, each permitted at 400 MMCF/D, one plant each to be located within the Woodford, Mississippi Lime, and Granite Wash shale play(s). Responsibilities included anchor tenant/producer development, commercial contract support, negotiations to establish residue header capacity with local interstate and intrastate pipelines.
Manager, Physical Natural Gas Trading - N. La. and Midcontinent desk 2004-2011. Managed the lead in plant tailgate market optimization, via fee based demand charges, resulting in monetizing the maximum value of multiple residue market takeaway. This value proposition resulted in annual revenue upgrade(s) of $1.5 to $4MM. per year across 5 separate Midcontinent Processing facilities.
Aggressive supply development program for 3 North Louisiana Cryogenic plants with emphasis on asset integration. Significant projects include: decommissioning of existing process capacity for asset optimization, and Co-Lead in the process to establish Ethane recovery capability at the largest plant in the North Lousiana region, resulting in annual revenue upgrade(s) of 15%. Co-Lead on divestiture of DCP Comite Lean Oil Absorption plant, to HilCorp; including economic modeling, negotiation of PSA, and closing document processing for execution by Sr. Management.
