Chartered Engineer (CEng MIChemE)with experience as a Process Engineer in asset support, detailed design, brownfield mods, commercial appraisals and mid to long term analysis. CNNS: Since moving to an offshore basis in 2016, I have managed engineering and maintenance with a key interest in process safety and asset integrity; managing a team of 20-30 personnel. NAM: I’m currently an OIM for ONEGas West (Shell/ NAM) in the roving role between the Leman Alpha and Solepit Clipper platforms managing up to 80 personnel and accountable for all activities. FPSO TA2 (2023-2025): Lead Process Eng for Penguins FPSO. Asset focal point for Project to Asset handover. Ownership and development of Process Eng owned performance standards. Responsible for Process Safety and Assurance. Coordinator of brownfield modifications and key focal point with EPC. Exposure in the fields of Engineering, Operations and Maintenance have developed my real world understanding of activities, the HSSE considerations required within the business (and frontline) and the refinement in managing large teams and communities.
OIM for Clipper and Leman NODAL Platforms •Responsible for Management of Gas platform (POB up to 80 personnel). • Legally responsible for providing a safe place of work (HSE Work Act). • Responsible for maintaining a state of readiness and controlling Major Emergencies. • Owner of the 2-week Integrated activity plan and Maintenance Execution plan. • Responsible for the Control of Work system and approval of all permitted activities. • Control of Work: Isolation authoriser and assessor. • Key stakeholder in the management of Impaired Safety & Environmentally Critical Elements (SECE).
