Report directly to the Department Head of Residence Services Responsible for the day to day operation of the 4 residence buildings on campus and approximately 900 students. Prioritize and coordinate maintenance work in all buildings. Ensure the completion of work in a timely manner. Responsible for the day to day Supervision of the Facility Coordinators. This includes being involved in the hiring and disciplining of the employees. As well as planning their work schedules. Meet with contractors and Facility Services, to prepare projects for Summer repair and upgrades to our buildings. Prepare and review budgets for projects, housekeeping and maintenance.
Production supervisor for the afternoon shift. Responsible for seven departments including, stamping, welding, painting, valve assembly. Powder production, machining and packaging. Ensure production numbers were achieved on a daily basis. Ensured safety procedure were followed throughout the plant. Supervised 22 personnel.
Conducted, Organized and supervised physical fitness training for Canadian Armed Forces personnel and families. Maintained sports fields, swimming pools and arenas. Coached and instructed sports to all levels of athletes.
