Product Manager with broad experience in the Maritime and Communications sectors. Excited to be developing innovative solutions based on the VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) and AAC Clyde Space data services. Working closely with industry, maritime agencies and standards bodies to define and launch Maritime Communications and Maritime Domain Awareness services, for now and the next decade. I represent AAC Clyde Space at the IALA DTEC standards group attending Working Group 3 and several working groups within the VDES Alliance. I am the Product Manager for 'Project INFLECION' which AAC Clyde Space are proud to be leading in partnership with the European Space Agency (ESA). I am a certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner specialising in the discovery and development of new services. Passionate about building service models which work and are scalable. Privileged to be the Product Manager in the UKHO Innovation Team helping improve safety of navigation into and out of ports and drive maritime decarbonisation. Supporting the development of 3D visualisation products based on Unreal Engine (a Digital Twin) and researching opportunities for UKHO in the highly competitive Voyage Optimisation market.

Managed specialist resources including Service Design and Business Analysts to collect requirements and complete concept designs. Resolved prioritisation, budget and resourcing issues. Built strong working relationships across Arqiva to deliver change. Worked closely with Project Office to mature Portfolio Delivery processes, prioritisation and assessment activities. Managed projects following Prince2 framework.

Global Product Team representative in Spain to define and launch the new line of digital marketing services for Small & Medium Enterprise customers. Solution was based on reselling third party solutions from partners Google (AdWords Search Engine Marketing) and iPromote (Display Advertising). Managed integration and transformation of activities to launch and operate the new services. Responsible for P&L and achievement of the quarterly Google reseller bonuses.
