About

I build institutional platforms at the intersection of real estate, private capital, and Asia Pacific markets. Over 25 years I have led platform creation at multiple tier-one institutions — establishing HSBC's Asia Pacific real estate finance business from scratch in the bank's 150-year history and managing a loan book in excess of US$20 billion at peak, serving as CEO of CapitaLand Investment Management overseeing in excess of US$20 billion in private real estate AUM, and co-founding QUBE Industrial with Warburg Pincus backing as an integrated logistics real estate platform in Korea. My background spans real estate finance and private credit from both the banking and investment sides — HSBC, BNP Paribas, Oaktree Capital — combined with listed real estate investment management at CEO level and direct platform building in private capital. I have raised multiple funds across real estate equity and credit strategies and built LP relationships across global institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and financial sponsors throughout Asia Pacific. Based in Seoul. Deep relationships across Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, and the broader Asia Pacific region built over 25 years of genuine regional immersion.
