Example Project: Beacon Project Portfolio Solution (Agile Delivery) • As Product Owner and Business Project Manager, I gathered the requirements and owned the project plan to develop a custom, project portfolio management solution in Salesforce to: o Increase control and visibility of the project portfolio o Enable effective prioritization and optimisation of initiatives o Improve stakeholder capacity management o Progress the delivery of value in a structured and standard way • The project was delivered on budget and lasted five months from initiation to close. • L3 benefits: Increased efficiency and effectiveness of project portfolio management processes – identify, assess, execute and operate.
Example Project: Endur Phase 2 (Hybrid Agile Delivery) • Based in Dubai, UAE for a year and a half as a leader on the Endur Phase 2 project to functionally upgrade the system and improve ETRM related processes. o APM Stream: Led the Active Position Manager module (APM) rollout – a fit for purpose, real-time P&L and exposure interface. o Parcel Pricing Stream: As cutover lead, accurately migrated ~7,000 deals to the new Parcel Pricing deal modelling functionality. o Pricing Optionality Stream: Owned the implementation of the Binomial Pricing Model to generate the Greeks – Delta, Gamma, Theta and Vega. • Successfully trained and engaged 50+ users across four different locations (Houston, London, Dubai and Singapore). • L2/3 benefits: ~Tens of millions due to improved hedging-decision-making.
