About

I lead a team of operations managers responsible for executing both domestic and international projects. I manage staffing, tooling, and the successful execution of over 150 projects globally each year. I conduct critical reviews of projects for quoting and post-project completion to identify areas for improvement. I frequently present at major generator user and peer review forums, including EPRI, TGUG, GUG, STUG, CCUG, CTOTF, AOG, and IMECHE. I am an experienced generator specialist with a proven track record in the energy and power industries. My project management experience includes overseeing turnkey generator repairs, such as full stator and field rewinds, process flow audits, and staffing management for complete outage seasons. I am skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Word. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, I have worked with multiple startups to design, develop, and create unique prototypes. I have also assisted companies in transitioning their products from prototype stages to full-scale manufacturing.
