James represents clients throughout the nation and regularly travels to meet with them where ever they live. Since starting at the firm in 2009, he has helped guide hundreds of individuals and families through the mesothelioma litigation process and has helped recover millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on their behalf
James served as an assistant attorney general in St. Louis under then Attorney General Jay Nixon and the current Missouri governor. James represented the Missouri Department of Social Services in domestic and Medicaid issues and oversaw workers’ compensation hearings. He also handled hearings and bench trials throughout north-central and northeastern Missouri.
