Key areas of focus include: • Executive search and senior leadership appointments (CFO, Finance Director, Commercial & Strategy roles) • Building full finance, commercial and operational teams for scaling businesses • Africa and cross-border recruitment mandates • International and nearshore talent solutions • Interim, contract and permanent workforce structuring, including the ability to house candidates on Blue Recruiting’s payroll for temporary or project-based assignments Our work spans Accounting, Finance & Commercial , Data & Technology and Business Services, supporting clients at key stages of growth, expansion and leadership change.
