I founded H2 Infrastructure Group 10 years ago with a clear philosophy: do the work right, treat people fairly, and build a company that can stand up to scrutiny, on the jobsite and in the boardroom. Today, H2 supports critical infrastructure across telecom, O/G, and power, delivering on projects where precision, safety, and execution truly matter. Like anyone who’s been in this industry long enough, I’ve faced failures, setbacks, and hard lessons. Those moments didn’t slow me down, they forced me to grow. Adversity has a way of sharpening your values and your systems, and it’s where real, lasting success is forged. Every challenge helped shape how I lead, how we operate, and what we refuse to compromise. I don't believe in being the cheapest contractor, and we’ve never tried to be. Our goal is to be the best. That means disciplined processes, professional crews, repeatable execution, and the kind of work that holds up years after the project is finished. The best work isn’t cheap, and cheap work isn’t built to last. As Founder and CEO of H2 Underground, I lead the company’s strategic growth, operations, and long-term vision across underground construction for telecom, oil & gas, and power infrastructure. I’m responsible for ensuring the company operates with disciplined processes, professional execution, and uncompromising standards in safety, quality, and accountability. Over the past decade, I’ve focused on building H2 Underground into a performance-driven organization; one that values repeatable execution, strong field leadership, and partnerships built on trust rather than price alone. My role spans everything from contract strategy and national expansion to operational systems, crew development, and risk management, with the goal of delivering work that stands up long after the project is complete. I believe sustainable growth comes from doing things the right way, even when it’s harder. That mindset shapes how we pursue work, how we treat our partners, and how we develop our teams. We are intentional about the contracts we take on, prioritizing long-term relationships and top-tier performance over being the lowest bidder.
