For over 35 years I have provided financial and strategic advisory services in Australia and overseas across a wide range of industries including mining, healthcare, medical devices, aged care, clean energy and technology with an emphasis on partnership and innovative solutions. In 1987, after a year as National Chairman of Sothertons Chartered Accountants, I co-founded Transocean Group. I had a vision of providing high quality investment and advisory services for emerging companies in Australia with the addition of capital raising where required. Transocean Group is a small and highly effective team with substantial specific industry knowledge and an enviable global reach. Over the last decade alone, working with our clients, we have completed over 75 transactions and raised in excess of A$400 million in all forms of capital. Transocean works closely with a strong network of specialised parties and consultants who actively contribute to the Transocean ecosystem. We work closely with our advisory and global partners to provide specialist cross-border knowledge, networks and opportunities and to deliver targeted solutions to our clients. We provide corporate strategy and advisory services for emerging companies in listed and unlisted markets. Our services include capital raising, commercial negotiations, corporate finance services, divestments, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings and corporate planning.
