• Client Theme Regulatory Change Lead. Ran the Lloyds Markets Client Change function, leading the Sales & Trading (primary focus on FX) portfolio of change initiatives focusing on regulatory delivery. Managing a UK based Team utilising a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Defined the Operational rollout proposition for Lloyds Markets embedding key processes and KPIs. • Program Lead for the Documentation Management Solution Program delivering the digitisation and automation of all Client on-boarding and regulatory documents (MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank, etc.) across all Trading and Sales desks. Focus initially was on the delivery of the Target Operating Model defining the Data, Business & IT architecture requirements.
- Program Lead for MiFID II Implementation for Lloyds Capital Markets. Responsible for the implementation of new MiFID II compliant Front Office IT systems and desk processes across all Trading and Sales desks globally. - Developed the Change & Operational Rollout proposition for CB, embedding key processes and means of tracking best practices across all change streams.
• Lead Change Manager for Portfolio Strategy within NatWest (RBS) Change. Managing a Global Team reporting to the Global Head of Change. • Program Lead for the Global Finance Control program. Responsible for the identification and management of key controls required to be implemented across Finance, Risk & Treasury business areas and reporting Key Performance Indicators to Bank Finance and Risk Executive committee monthly. • Change Lead responsible for the application Buy/Sell/Hold strategy across Change, technology, and the finance business areas for NatWest (RBS) Group. Principle stakeholders - Finance ExCo.
• Execution Lead for the Client Data Services (CDS) change function. Responsible for building a new change execution function. Upskilled a Global Team deploying standardised delivery process and KPIs. • Developed the three-year strategic Book of Work for CDS including application Buy/Sell/Hold propositions gaining signoff from Regional functional and technology Leaders with a defined process to track Key Performance Indicators for benefit realisation. • Program Lead for the ‘Assassin’ Standard Settlement Instruction (‘SSI’) tool implementation for Global Markets. Managed a team of seven who successfully integrated the Assassin tool into the HSBC data architecture and the remediation and migration of 1.6 million client records.
• Finance Re-Engineering Implementation Program Lead. Responsible for the scoping, budgeting, and delivery of the new finance reporting tool across 41 locations for ~500 business users. Managed a UK based team to develop training requirements, new business processes (Key Operating Procedures) and the post implementation structure. • Project Manager for Target Operating Model (‘TOM’) project. Reduced project run rate from €2.6m to €1.8m against plan, introducing efficiencies, reducing consultant requirements, and streamlining Legal and Managed Resource overheads. • Lead the Global End User Application ‘EUDA’ initiative. Completed the Global roll-out across all back and middle office functions for 4,000 bank employees on time and to budget to fulfilling key Regulators requirements.
