About

I approach my work as a psychotherapist with presence, curiosity, and insight, walking alongside clients as they explore both their past and present experiences. My therapeutic style is transparent, authentic, and relational. Rather than adhering to a traditional "blank slate" approach, I intentionally allow my personality, humanity, and appropriate self-disclosure to be part of the therapeutic process when it serves the client's growth. I believe that genuine healing occurs within an authentic therapeutic relationship. By showing up as a real person, I create space for clients to do the same. This collaborative approach fosters trust, openness, and meaningful dialogue, allowing us to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and discover lasting change together. I view therapy as a partnership in which insight, growth, and transformation emerge through the shared work of the therapeutic relationship.
