I am a PhD physical chemist with a background in colloid science and lateral flow diagnostics. I currently work in the R&D department at Abbott Mesa Rim as part of the toxicology unit of the diagnostics division of Abbott, to bring new drugs of abuse screening products to market.

My graduate research focused on the colloidal synthesis of functional nanostructures, with the goal of developing nanomaterials-based photocatalysts as well as studying the structure and formation mechanism of nanomaterials.
Conducted research in the laboratory of Prof. Masaru Kuno, specializing in the colloidal synthesis and surface modification of semiconductor nanowires.
